Nature of the service

Population Twin is a directional synthetic creative pre-test that provides AI-agent selections and reasons for two creatives. It is not a human survey, statistically representative market research, legal, financial, or professional advice, or a prediction of actual advertising performance.

Accounts and introductory trial

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. The introductory trial is offered once per eligible account and may be withheld or withdrawn where duplicate accounts, automation, or other abuse is suspected.

Credits, prices, and payment

Agent Credits are prepaid, one-time usage credits and one credit is consumed for each selected agent. Current prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for payments, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to a purchase. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where the refund policy or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Your content

You retain your rights in submitted creatives and text. You grant EZPZ a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the service and generate results. You must have the right to use submitted material and must not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes; submit malware, unauthorized personal data, or infringing content; bypass payment, trial, or access controls; or place an unreasonable load on the service or other users.

AI output and responsibility

Generative AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or vary between runs. You are responsible for reviewing results and validating important marketing or business decisions with independent evidence such as a live A/B test.

Changes, availability, and suspension

We may change or temporarily interrupt features for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for breach, fraud, abuse, or security risk.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and EZPZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on synthetic results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. These terms and the refund policy do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
