Refund policy
This policy covers one-time Response Credit purchases. It explains EZPZ’s refund offer and the process for purchases handled by Lemon Squeezy. The Lemon Squeezy provisions apply only to purchases actually processed through Lemon Squeezy. Terms and legal rights applicable to earlier purchases are not changed retroactively.
Free promotional credits
New accounts receive 1,000 Response Credits once, usable across multiple tests. Free credits are not a purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded as money. The grant is not applied retroactively to existing accounts.
EZPZ refund eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not used any Response Credits from that purchase. Partly used purchases are reviewed individually based on usage and the reason for the request; a full refund is not automatic. Duplicate charges, missing credits, and failure to deliver the service are investigated separately for an appropriate correction or refund. These issues and statutory rights are not excluded solely by the 14-day unused-credit rule.
EZPZ reviews refund eligibility, and refunds for Lemon Squeezy transactions are processed exclusively through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under applicable law and its Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and withdrawal rights remain intact; using credits does not by itself waive all legal rights.
Lemon Squeezy reserves discretion to issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. This is not an unconditional 60-day refund guarantee for every purchase. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, and credits corresponding to the refunded purchase are removed. For a partial refund, we explain the credit adjustment corresponding to the refunded amount.
Lemon Squeezy purchases: requests and processing
Email the service contact below with your purchase email, order or receipt ID, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. We respond within three business days and explain next steps if further checks are needed. For an approved refund, we submit the request to Lemon Squeezy and explain the corresponding credit removal. The time for funds to appear depends on Lemon Squeezy and your payment provider. For unresolved payment issues, you may use the support process in Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms.
Payments are processed in USD. Refunds return to the original payment method; your card issuer’s exchange rates and fee treatment may cause the KRW refund to differ from the original statement amount.
